Welcome IIDEXCanada 2017 Exhibitors

Please note the following information is based upon IIDEXCanada 2016 information and is intended to serve as a reference to our exhbitiors. Although we expect no considerable changes to take effect, we will be posting all IIDEXCanada 2017 exhibitor information in June 2017 once all details, pricing et c. have been confirmed.

Thank you for your participation and support of IIDEXCanada. This exhibitor manual will provide you with all the details you require to have a successful show. Please navigate through using the menu bar above and review all the information.

Review contents of the Exhibitor Manual.
Review the Exhibitor Communications tab. This is where you can find all communications sent out to date.
Review the move-in & move-out procedures, including the Colour-Coded Move-in Floor Plan to determine your assigned move-in day and time.
Ensure your booth design meets the requirements listed in the Booth Display Regulations section of the Manual.
Review the Mandatory Requirements section of the exhibitor manual and ensure you return all mandatory forms by their listed deadlines to the appropriate contacts. This includes the Workplace Health and Safety Declaration and the Fire Safety Reply.
Make arrangements for $5,000,000.00 commercial General Liability Insurance and submit your proof of insurance certificate.
Submit your Website Listing and Show Directory form as soon as you have signed the exhibitor contract and no later than Friday, October 14 to increase your exposure at the show. For more advertising opportunities in the directory please click here.
Have a material you would like displayed in the THINK:Material Feature Exhibition? Be sure to submit it for consideration by  Monday, August 15 at 11:59PM.
Submit your product to be considered for the IIDEXCanada Innovation Awards. The submission deadline is Friday, November 18 at 5:00PM.
Place your service orders for lighting, electricity, banner hanging, as required, from SHOWTECH. Order before Monday, November 14 to receive discounted pricing. Please note orders placed after the deadline will increase in cost.
Place and order with Stronco Show Services for advance show receiving, material handling, storage, in-booth forklifting and/or carpet, if needed. Order before Monday, November 14 to receive discounted pricing. Orders placed after the deadline will increase in cost.
If your booth requires an internet connection or telephone services, be sure to order these services from the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, prior to Monday, November 14 to receive discounted pricing.
Capture contact information of qualified visitors to your booth and help turn your leads into sales by ordering a Lead Retrieval device from Microspec. Order before Wednesday, November 16 to receive discounted pricing.
Need to park at the show? Order your MTCC Parking Pass before Monday, November 14 in order to receive discounted pricing.
Make sure you register for your exhibitor badges online, prior to the show, to ensure your access in and out of the exhibit hall throughout the event. Temporary badges will be handed out onsite for those assisting with just move-in and out.
Exhibitors shipping goods from outside Canada to the Show will require customs clearance services. Make sure to contact the Show’s official Customs Broker, Stronco Logistics, for more information.
If you wish to display/show or energize unapproved electrical equipment in your booth you must apply for approval with the Electrical Safety Authority. Please see the Application for Permission to Show & Energize form on the Service Order Forms page.
Food and Beverage service is available during the Show through MTCC Food & Beverage. In booth food service, as well as host bars and catering are available to enhance the show experience. Please review the Catering forms on the Service Order Forms page for more information.
Prepare your Press Kits for display onsite at the show. You may drop off your press kits on Tuesday, November 29, 9:00AM – 4:00PM, for inclusion in the IIDEXCanada Press Room throughout the show.
