If you have an issue with a web page or e-mail newsletter from IIDEX Canada, please email info@iidexcanada.com the following information, as is relevant, so we can understand or try to replicate the issue:

• your operating system type and version number
• your browser type and version number
• your e-mail client type and version number

Recommended Internet browsers

To best view the website, we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and 7, Firefox 3 and Safari 3 at 1024 x 768 resolution or higher.

E-mail newsletters

E-mail newsletters are tested in Outlook, Outlook Express 6, GMail, Yahoo and Hotmail clients. If you wish to print the e-mails, please select the link to the website version to activate a printer friendly style.
