There are no additional charges for storage of your merchandise. If you ship to the warehouse, your freight will be in your booth by your scheduled set-up time. If you require assistance with your merchandise, select either Option 1 or Option 2 listed above for material handling. For smaller shipments, a limited number of dollies are available on loan from Stronco. Exhibitors who plan to off-load themselves might also want to consider using crates that have wheels to allow for faster unloading.
If an exhibitor’s representative is not present, IIDEX/NeoCon Canada reserves the right to order equipment and/or materials moved from the receiving dock to the exhibitor’s booth area, or to order the removal of the truck from the receiving dock area. Charges for this service will be invoiced by Stronco to the exhibitor. Parking at loading bays is prohibited. Trucks must be removed as soon as unloading is complete. All exhibitors are urged to review their materials handling operations and requirements with Stronco well in advance of move-in.

Shipments from the Show
You may ship your materials from the show via any carrier. However, Stronco is the preferred shipper and will be on site to assist you. Stronco is available for domestic and inter-city deliveries (download their information package here, PDF). You are required only to pack your material, and after it is packed, to file a Shipment Order Form (bill of lading) with the service desk. You are also responsible for notifying the carrier of the pick-up. Stronco does not assume responsibility for shipments until they are collected from the exhibitor’s booth. A representative of the exhibitor should remain to watch the property until this has been done. You may obtain blank bills of lading at the Stronco service desk located on the East Loading dock at the Direct Energy Centre.
NOTE: Any exhibitor material not picked up by 4:00pm on Saturday, September 22, 2012, will be re-routed at the exhibitor’s expense. International exhibitors’ freight will be forwarded via Stronco Logistics and Canadian exhibitors will have their freight sent to the Stronco warehouse at the exhibitor’s expense, no exceptions.
